EmpathAI ("the App", operated by Zinnawa) is an Audience Reaction Engine that simulates how audience segments may react to a product, message, or announcement you submit. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

Information we process

• Content you submit: the product name, category, price, description, and any optional image you upload to run a test.
• Account & usage data: your email address (if you create an account or join the beta) and basic usage information such as the number of tests run.
• Technical data: standard log data (device type, app version) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To generate the simulated audience-reaction analysis you request, using AI models running on our servers.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service (usage limits, troubleshooting, abuse prevention).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing & service providers

The content you submit is processed by AI models to produce the analysis. We rely on trusted infrastructure and AI providers solely to deliver this functionality; they process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Storage & retention

Your test inputs and results may be stored so you can access your history. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Permissions

The App may request access to your photo library or camera only when you choose to attach an image to a test. Such images are used solely for that test.

Children

The service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under 13.
